Neodymium plate magnets are a powerful and effective magnetic separation solution. By harnessing neodymium magnets, the most powerful magnets currently available, these neodymium plate magnets are able to achieve the highest level of magnetic separation. The powerful magnetic field has high reach out to trap and hold all types of ferrous metal contamination, from larger pieces of scrap to fine ferrous particles—even those too small to be seen by the naked eye.

Neodymium plate magnets are easily installed in enclosed flow lines, as well as above conveyors or below conveyor drive pulleys to capture contaminants as material drops from open belts. Plate magnets excel at removing ferrous material from many different types of free-flowing and pneumatically conveyed material. Particularly, plate magnets are a great choice for handling powdery, moist, abrasive, and lumpy products, as well as large debris that might choke, bridge, or cause rapid wear in cartridge-based separators.
