Ceramic Tube Magnets
Ceramic tube magnets are a highly economical magnetic separation solution. Available in a standard 1” diameter with length options ranging from 4” to 24”, tube magnets give you many different installation options. Ceramic magnets use a powerful magnetic field to attract and hold various types of ferrous metal debris, including larger ferrous pieces such as large screws, metal chips, washers, nuts, and metal scrap. They are designed to resist wipe-off, meaning that metal contamination will not re-enter material flow once it has been attracted to the surface of the tube magnet. Tube magnets are a great choice for many different industry applications where simple and effective magnetic separation is needed. Bunting Tube Magnets are tapped on both ends with a 1/4"-20UNC thread.

Neodymium Tube Magnets
The standard cylindrical model is 1” in diameter and is available in lengths from 4” to 24”. These cartridges contain ceramic magnets to attract large ferrous pieces like large screws, metal chips, washers, nuts, etc. The cartridge center-to-center distance between trays should not exceed 2”. Tube magnets may also be referred to as “tube magnets” in the industry. Bunting Tube Magnets are tapped on both ends with a 1/4"-20UNC thread.
Tube Magnets
Tube magnets are a powerful and simple magnetic separation solution. Available in ceramic, high-intensity neodymium, and power-balanced neodymium, tube magnets may also be described as “magnetic rods” or “magnetic cartridges.”
Tube magnets allow you to enjoy versatile installation options and superior magnetic separation performance. Their powerful magnetic fields excel at attracting and holding multiple sizes of ferrous metal contamination, from very fine and small particles to larger pieces of tramp metal and debris. The magnetic strength of our tube magnets also prevents wipe-off, meaning you do not have to worry about contamination re-entering your product flow.
Our standard tube magnets are 1” in diameter and available in lengths from 4” to 24”. To boost durability, end plugs are fully welded into the tough 1” diameter tubing.
When installing tube magnets, the cartridge center-to-center distance between trays should not exceed 2”.
