Rectangle Bread and Baking Pan Magnets

Bunting’s Rectangle Baking Pan Magnets are an excellent choice to support both proofing and oven lines in the food processing industry. Our bread and baking pan magnets utilize exceptionally strong rare earth magnets to achieve maximum holding power, so you can trust on them to support your production line. These magnets are easy to use, quick and simple to adjust laterally or vertically, and are designed to “float” on racks in order to maintain contact with the pan. Our bread and baking pan magnets work even with warped or imperfect pans.

Our rectangle bread and baking pan magnets are better for numerous reasons. We have designed this product to focus on the unique concerns the food processing industry presents, such as moisture and high temperatures. The design of our magnets features a sealed structure that locks out moisture which could degrade the magnet. By including this feature, your profitability greatly improves due to reduced costs for replacements. We have also implemented measures to adapt to high temperatures. Our oven line magnets utilize samarium cobalt magnets that provide a firm hold and the ability to withstand oven temperatures of over 575 degrees.

Bunting has designed our rectangular bread and baking pan magnets with your industry in mind. Our products stand up to moisture, high temperatures, dented pans, and all the other unique challenges of the food processing industry.
