Your regrind operation runs with a risk of tramp metal contamination. Protect it easily and economically with Bunting® Grinder Plate Magnets. Grinder Plate Magnets are used as separators for removing ferrous particles from materials moving freely through conveyors. Easy to install in your granulator’s feed tray, just cut an opening in the feed tray and bolt the pre-drilled flange of the magnet to the tray, using the holes and hardware provided. Our Grinder Plate Magnets are manufactured with a rugged cast aluminum frame. The back plate and magnetic pole face are made of mild steel. Grinder Plate Magnets protect the housing from tramp metal contamination, as well as generate a clean final product.
